Welcome to 207 Mobile Notary

Welcome to 207 Mobile Notary where my job is to make notarization easy and convenient for you. I offer notary services to Kennebec County and locations outside of Kennebec County but within a 30-mile radius of Augusta, including the following central Maine areas:

  • Augusta-Waterville-Gardiner
  • Lewiston-Auburn
  • Topsham-Brunswick

Apostille/Authentication Services

Need an apostille? I offer two services, either as an apostille courier or as an apostille agent. You don't have to be in Maine to hire me for either service.

As an apostille courier for a document requiring a state of Maine apostille, I will take it myself for walk-in service at the Maine State Secretary of State's office, reducing your wait time by as much as week, maybe more.

As an apostille agent I handle the entire process from start to finish. As long as your document(s) originated in the U.S., either at the state or federal level, I can get an apostille for you, saving you time and sparing you the headache. Call or message me for a quote.

Tips for a smooth and successful notarization

  • A valid government-issued photo ID is required. If you do not have one or if yours is expired, a credible witness must verify your identity under oath. Without proper identification, notarization cannot be completed.
  • Ensure the document includes the appropriate notarization certificate or that you know which certificate is needed before your appointment. I can provide a certificate but cannot advise on which certification is appropriate. If uncertain, consult
  • Make sure you understand the document you are signing and its purpose.
  • Review the document to ensure everything is correct and all blank spaces have been properly filled in. Understand the risks of leaving any spaces blank.
